I believe strongly in making my clients happy and getting them what they want. I believe in putting my clients first. The best part of a transaction for me is handing over the keys to a clients new home.
I specialize in first time home buyers as I think they need a little more help and the stress levels can shoot through the roof. Because of my loan experience it is easy for me to take my buyers by the hand and explain every step of the process to them.
Even though I work a lot with first time home buyers, it doesn't mean I don't love listing homes. I have put together a amazing 10 point marketing plan that will put your home in front of other homes that are competing with yours. I have built up a strong network of buyers and other agents that work with buyers frequently to make sure your home gets the exposure it needs.
I like to think that when I work with someone they walk through the door a client but they leave as a friend. I enjoy cultivating long relationships with those that I work with. I love my job! :)
